Diploma in Project Management (EduQual Level 5)
In a world with increasing demand for Project Managers, this Level 5 Diploma provides a comprehensive overview of project management and prepares you to manage large and small-scale projects. You’ll learn the hard skills of cost, time, quality and risk management and the “people skills” you need for long-term success. This level 5 Diploma will help you develop an understanding of how to apply project management to mitigate against project failures, abandonment and resource management and sunk cost, which are keys to a successful project. This Diploma will use case studies and real field/office scenarios to illustrate project management principles and provide students with extensive practice to familiarize them with the needed project management tools and techniques.
Duration
This Diploma can be completed in two timeframes.
- 1 Year broken up into 3 Semesters. Two courses will be done in each of the first two Semesters and three courses in the third Semester.
- 6 Months broken up into 2 Semesters. Four courses will be done in the first Semester and three courses in the second Semester.

Entry Requirements
Learners must possess:
