About this Program:

The Doctorate in Chaplaincy focus on research, culminating in a final thesis or portfolio project. Our chaplaincy specialization will equip you with an in-depth study of Religious Scriptures, leadership principles and strategies, and the essential doctrines of faith so you can minister to the diverse spiritual needs you encounter.  The Doctor of Chaplaincy is a professional program undertaken alongside a student’s work as a chaplain in a professional ministry setting (e.g. healthcare, military, prisons, organizational chaplaincy), with the aim of better equipping students to address whole person healthcare needs – both as individual spiritual care providers and as collaborative professionals partnering with other care providers.
